COVID-19 Protocol

Naturals clients-

It is very important that you are not late for your appointment.

An email will be sent 30 mins prior to your appointment time.

Please complete the e-form waiver and send.

Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and call (408) 683-2200.

Upon entering the salon, every client must have a mask on and immediately sanitize their hands. Every client must have their temperature taken.


You will then go directly to your technician's station to start your service. Your technician will be happy to help with anything you need.


Due to the COVID-19 Protocol, there will be a slight price increase. We apologize for any inconvenience.


NO PLUS ONES

We ask that guests arrive solo for their appointments.


RESCHEDULING –If you find yourself not feeling well before an upcoming appointment, please call and let us help you reschedule, no questions asked.

-If you have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

-If you have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

-If you are awaiting pending test results for COVID-19, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

–We’re encouraging our team to be mindful of how they’re feeling, too. Please be patient with any appointments that may need to be adjusted. We promise we’ll make sure you get the much-anticipated self-care that you deserve.
